Professionalism and character play important roles for the restaurant and bar industry. James has envisioned the intimate detail of fine eateries as a revenue opportunity largely ignored by the industries which are so careful to create an image. |
The idea exists in a simple question. What if restaurants sold that image at retail, by selling the very table settings used by the diners (selling the ambience). Which leads to... What if diners chose their own glass from a selection and paid for it as part of the meal... and then took it home? ... or, What if the night emerged as an engagement proposal? Would the potential bride want to keep the candle votive sitting there as a memento? |
Of course these selections are not limited to only restaurants and bars, but are intended for sale to the public at large. However, what if a restaurant wanted its own glass design made by James, only available through that establishment? hmmm... What if?... |
